An air search conducted this morning by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Tennessee Highway Patrol resulted in the discovery of a wrecked vehicle located between the East Brow on Signal Mountain and the W Road. This vehicle is possibly the Jeep Rubicon that Gail Palmgren was last seen driving.

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office along with other local and state personnel will coordinate to make their way down to the vehicle, which is in very heavy undergrowth.

All media who are interested, will be requested to enter the W Road from Mountain Creek Road and follow the W Road up where they will find the staging area set aside for them.
