Four charged with Burglary
An observant neighbor who noticed some unusual activity at 1827 Hidden Ridge Road last night, ended with four charged with Burglary.
Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office were notified at 6:49 p.m. last night to respond to 1827 Hidden Ridge Road, as a neighbor noticed an unknown vehicle in the driveway and at least four people inside the home. The homeowner was notified and responded home but advised law enforcement no one should be in the residence.
A perimeter was made surrounding the residence by law enforcement, Bessie Eagle and Joseph Blaxton exited the home and were immediately taken into custody. When deputies entered the home, Jason Looney was observed holding a basket containing some electronic equipment. The fourth party, Kyle Davis was located in the rear of the home.
Deputies found a broken window in the back door and also found that one of the suspects was suffering from a cut to his hand that was still bleeding. All four parties were taken into custody and charged with Burglary.
