The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has made two arrests concerning the death of Donald Rogers reported earlier today. Charged are Chance A. Loftis w/m age 24 and Travis Hayes Jenkins w/m age 28, both of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Jenkins and Loftis will be charged with one count of Criminal Homicide and both are currently being held in the Hamilton County Jail
