The drivers involved in the fatal crash that occurred last night at 6512 Middle Valley Road are identified as Tracy O’Neal w/m age 46 and John W. Massey w/m age 27.

Mr. O’Neal was driving a 2008 Ford Focus north bound on Middle Valley Road and Mr. Massey was driving a 1998 Ford F 250 south bound when for reasons unknown at this time, Mr. Massey crossed the center line and the vehicles hit head on. Mr. O’Neal died from the injuries he sustained in the crash and Mr. Massey was transported to an area hospital for the injuries he sustained.

The traffic crash is being investigated by Deputy Robert Stockburger, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division. Further information related to the investigation will be released as it becomes available.
