On Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at approximately 2:00 PM, Stephen Scott Defriese left work at the Smoke Stack on Highway 58, to pick up lunch at the Highway 58 Sonic. Mr. Defriese did not return back to work and has not been heard from since by fellow employees or family members.
