The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation on February 5, 2013, after being made aware of allegations concerning Gabriele Wayne Erickson w/m age 39 having sex with underage females.

The investigation determined there is sufficient evidence to believe that Gabriele Wayne Erickson did sexually assault at least two underage girls. Investigators found that Erickson met the victims while attending the Community Baptist Church in Lakesite, Tennessee. The leadership of the Community Baptist Church has been cooperating with the investigators regarding this investigation.

Erickson, who is at least ten years older than each of the victims, has been charged with Aggravated Statutory Rape (TCA 39-13-506). He was arrested today by Investigators and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

The investigation is on-going.
