The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Division arrested Joshua Francis Carter 28 year old male today on warrants obtained by Detective Ed Merritt. These warrants stem from an investigation concerning allegations of criminal sexual acts committed by Joshua Carter. The sexual acts were alleged to have been committed in Hamilton County in March 2013. The warrants were for Aggravated Statutory Rape, Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and Sale, Loan or Exhibition of Obscene Materials to Minors.

Mr. Carter was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
