On June 28, 2013 at approximately 2:12 a.m., a white male who appeared to be in his 20’s, approximately 6 feet tall, slim build, wearing gray cargo pants, light gray long sleeve shirt and sun glasses entered the Kangaroo Express located at 9652 E. Brainerd Road. The suspect approached the cash register with items from the store and asked the clerk for two packs of cigarettes. The suspect told the clerk he had a gun and demanded she empty the register. The clerk refused to open the register and the suspect left the store.

The attached video and photographs are of the suspect as he entered the Kangaroo Express.

A witness at the gas pumps advised the suspect left the area driving silver Chevy Cruze with a possible sunroof.
