The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team responded to a Domestic Disorder this morning at approximately 12:10 a.m. to 11117 Old Hot Water Road. After several hours of negotiations with the subject with no success, a distraction maneuver was initiated. The party, identified as Alan Schleif age 51, ran out of the residence at that time and was taken into custody by waiting deputies.

The defendant will be charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault stemming from an earlier incident involving his wife. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for booking but at the time of this release he is still waiting to be processed.
