The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Traffic Division investigated a traffic crash reported yesterday afternoon at 4:24 p.m. in the 11300 block of Highway 58. The crash involved a 2006 Ford F- 150 traveling north bound on Highway 58 and a 2010 Subaru Forester traveling south bound. The driver of the Ford F 150 lost control of the vehicle and entered into the other lane of traffic striking the Subaru. There were two occupants in each vehicle. The driver of the Subaru Forester identified as Teresa Childs age 58 of Georgetown, Tennessee, died from the injuries she sustained in the crash. The driver and passenger in the Ford F-150 as well as passenger in the Subaru were transported to an area hospital for treatment of the injuries they sustained in the crash.
