Three Charged with Burglary on East Freedom Circle
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to 4012 East Freedom Circle today at approximately 11:25 a.m. on a burglary in progress call. A neighbor, who lived close to the address, told Deputies he observed three male parties enter the vacant residence. One male juvenile suspect was seen running from the residence and was taken into custody. A second male juvenile suspect was found hiding in the attic area of the house and also taken into custody. The third suspect, who was also seen running from the scene, was found a short distance away from the crime scene and placed in custody by Collegedale Police Department.
The three suspects were transported to the East Sector Squad Room to be processed by the Criminal Investigation Division. The adult, James Morgan Davis age 19 was transported to the Hamilton County Jail, where he was charged with Burglary. The two juvenile suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with Burglary.
This is a great example of team work by members of the community and law enforcement working together to keep our neighborhoods safe. This also demonstrates how Neighborhood Watch Programs work and how important they are to all involved.
