A fire was reported this morning at approximately 7:00 a.m. involving a trailer located at 2320 Suck Creek Road. Fire personnel from Chattanooga Fire Department, Walden Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department, Red Bank Fire Department and Soddy Daisy Fire Department responded to the scene along with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

As the fire fighters knocked the fire down and eliminating hot spots, what appeared to be human remains was located inside the trailer. Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office will work now to determine what caused the fire and resulting death of the person found at the scene.
