Traffic Investigators with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office were called to the intersection of Teal Lane and White Tail Drive today at approximately 5:15 p.m. to a report of a hit and run traffic crash involving a Durham School Bus and a dark gray Chevrolet Equinox (possible 2012-2015 model). The school bus was occupied by four students (no injuries).

While the school bus remained at the scene, the suspect vehicle fled the area immediately after the crash. Based on witness statements the driver of the suspect vehicle was described as a white female.
