The victim in the residential fire on February 6, 2015 located at 2320 Suck Creek Road in Hamilton County Tennessee has been identified by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office as John H. Winnie w/m 58 years of age.

The death appears to have been accidental and related to the fire itself with no evidence of foul play at this time.

The case will remain under investigation pending an official cause and manner of death determination by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office.
