On March 4, 2015, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation concerning a missing fifteen year old female who reportedly boarded a school bus at Sale Creek High School on the afternoon of March 4, 2015.

The investigation revealed the missing child boarded the Hamilton County School bus operated by Alexander Rodriquez. Investigators determined after parking the school bus, Rodriquez then drove to the Super 8 Motel, located at 8934 Lee Highway, Ooltewah, Tennessee accompanied by the fifteen year old female. Furthermore, the investigation determined Rodriquez rented a room at the motel and once inside the room, raped the fifteen year old female.

Alexander Rodriquez was arrested by Hamilton County Detectives and booked in the Hamilton County Jail on the charge of Rape. He is currently being held on a bond of $350,000.
