HCSO Responds to Traffic Crash Involving (3) Vehicles and (2) Pedestrians
Hamilton County, TN - On Friday, June 5, 2015, at approximately 6:30 pm, Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 2100 block of Cummings Highway to a traffic crash involving (3) motor vehicles and (2) pedestrians.
Upon arriving on scene, HCSO Traffic Investigator Adam Patton found that a 2008 Chevrolet pickup truck, while proceeding up the mountain, had passed a U-Haul box truck on the right side of the road at which time it crashed into two parked vehicles also located on the right side of the road thus injuring the drivers while they were attempting to fix a flat tire. Both pedestrians sustained leg injuries and were transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
