On Saturday, June 20th, 2015, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, in conjunction with the Tennessee American Water Company and the Hamilton County Coalition, participated in the Westside Missionary Baptist Church's "Community Day of Caring."

During this time of celebration, residents brought their unused, unnecessary, or expired prescriptions to be correctly and safely disposed of by law enforcement personnel.

Furthermore, the festivities included free health screenings, food, games and door prizes. Various organizations were represented such as Alexian Brothers, Mary Ellen Locher Mammogram Coach, Sound Living Counsel, and more.

This event was free to everyone.
