UPDATE: Robbery Suspect in Custody from Lakesite Robbery
HCSO INVESTIGATION UPDATE
Lakesite Store Armed Robbery Suspect Seth Ryan Miller Arrested
Hamilton County, TN - Earlier this morning, HCSO deputies and local law enforcement arrested Ryan Seth Miller in the City of Soddy Daisy.
Deputies and area law enforcement have been focused on locating Miller over the past few days.
Miller was being sought for Aggravated Robbery and Theft over $1,000.00 of a business that occurred on October 12, 2015 at 8505 Hixson Pike in Lakesite, Tennessee.
Miller will be booked and processed in the Hamilton County Jail later today. Please note, until processing is complete, a mug shot may not be readily available.
The tips that were generated by the original press release issued to the media and the community on Tuesday, October 13th were instrumental in solving this case and locating Miller.
Seth Ryan Miller is 25 years old. No further information is available at this time.

Hamilton County, TN - On October 12, 2015, Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 8505 Hixson Pike, Lakesite, Tennessee, to investigate an armed robbery of a business.
Upon arriving, Deputies found that the suspect had left the scene. The investigation has determined that the robbery occurred at approximately 7:30 pm.
The victim reported that a white male entered the business wearing a black bandana around his face displaying what she believes was a firearm. The suspect demanded the keys to her car and the cash from the register. The victim complied with the suspect's demands and the suspect drove off in her car with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a white male wearing khaki cargo shorts, a gray zip up hooded sweatshirt and white shoes with red laces.
The stolen car is a 2002 Silver Nissan Maxima, License 465XZY TN.
