Early Saturday Morning, HCSO Deputies took Tyler Andrew Jernigan into custody at 9821 Birchwood Pike in regard to the stabbing incident that occured Friday night.

Hamilton County, TN - On Friday night, November 6, 2015, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office responded to 9823 Birchwood Pike, Harrison on a stabbing.

When deputies arrived they found the victim non-responsive. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was immediately rushed into surgery due to potentially life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are actively working the case and have obtained warrants for Tyler Andrew Jernigan (White male, age 24) charging him with aggravated assault. He is described as 5'11" tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
