Hamilton County, TN - On March 7, 2016, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigating detective, after reviewing the investigative findings with the Hamilton County District Attorney's Office, swore out warrants charging Kelly L. Pittman with one (1) count of child endangerment and one (1) count of criminally negligent homicide.

Kelly L. Pittman is the mother of three (3) year old Gavin Pittman who died on February 29, 2016 after shooting himself with a pistol in the Apison area.

Kelly L. Pittman (age 26) was taken into custody on March 7, 2016 and transported the Hamilton County Jail where she was booked on the outstanding warrants.

Kelly L. Pittman is under a $500,000.00 bond. Pittman was booked under the alias of Kelly Leigh-Anne Michaels.
