HCSO Deputies Respond to Westminster Circle for Report of Shooting
Hamilton County, TN - Joseph Perkins Jr. (age 36) was arrested today at Erlanger Hospital and then transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he was booked on outstanding warrants for Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism and Domestic Assault related to an initially reported incident occurring at 9126 Westminister Circle on April 26, 2016.
Additionally, Perkins was charged with a separate count of Domestic Assault and Vandalism over $500.00 arising from a second incident at 9126 Westminister Circle on April 26, 2016.
Bond has not been set on the charges of Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism and Domestic Assault from the initial incident; however, bond has been set on the additional charges related to the second incident at $100,000.00.

One Party Has Been Detained
Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this morning, at approximately 5:45 am, HCSO Deputies were called to 9126 Westminster Circle for the report of a person shot.
The reasons for the incident are unclear at this time, but initial reports do not give indication that this is a gang related incident.
One party has been detained for questioning and another party (believed to be injured) is being sought by deputies at this time. The Criminal Investigations Division is responding to the scene for further follow up and investigation.
