Medical Examiner’s Office Concludes Preliminary Examination of Deceased Inmate

The Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office has notified the HCSO that they have concluded their preliminary examination of the deceased inmate identified as Madison Bailee Deal, age 26.

This preliminary examination determined that Madison Bailee Deal’s death was due to a medical event and not a result of physical trauma.

The final autopsy report is pending micro biology and toxicology reports.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office’s investigation is ongoing.

As this is an ongoing investigation, no further information or comments are available at this time.

HCSO Requested by District Attorney to Investigate In-Custody Death at Silverdale

Hamilton County, TN – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has been requested by the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office to investigate an “in custody” death of an inmate at the CCA facility.

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are currently in the preliminary stages of the investigation and in accordance with our procedure regarding on-going investigations, no information is available to be released from the HSCO at this time.
