HCSO to Announce Important Public Safety Program
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to Announce Important Public Safety Program on Monday, October 3, 2016
Hamilton County, TN – On Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10:30 am, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office will make an important announcement and will unveil a new public safety program which utilizes technology to help assist in crime scene review, traffic accidents, life preservation missions, hazardous material spills, and other high risk responses by law enforcement and first responders.
During this time, a short press conference will be held by Sheriff Jim Hammond and a technological demonstration(s) will be offered to members of the media.
There will be several opportunities for B-Roll and interviews.
The event will take place on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Hamilton County River Park. The Press Conference location will be on the opposite side of DuPont Parkway and the Frye Pavilion.
Media representatives are encouraged to bring two cameras, one to cover the actual demonstration(s) and one to cover the live feed connected to the HCSO Mobile Command Unit.
