Hamilton County, TN – On Thursday, April 06, 2017, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Mark Williams was recognized for twenty-five years of service.

On hand for the occasion were several of his colleagues and his Lieutenant, Shaun Shepherd.

During his 25 year career, Sergeant Williams'name has become synonymous in law enforcement circles around Hamilton County and Southeast Tennessee. He has served in numerous positions and divisions within the HCSO including posts as a Reserve Deputy, Patrol Deputy, Traffic Deputy, and Marine Patrol Deputy. Sergeant Williams’ current assignment is Supervisor over the Motorpool Division.

Sergeant Williams' is also heavily involved in the operations, maintenance, and operational readiness of the HCSO Mobile Command Unit.
